- Responsible to lead Inventory Count Team- Responsible & maintain team discipline & integrity- Ensure that every stock count is properly conducted, documented, and shared with process owner and respective superior- Provide training support for new open sales team regarding stock take procedures and process- Lead the Inventory Count team to perform Inventory accuracy check for Brands takeover/ handover assigned by management in ad-hoc manner- Deliver of accurate Count, provide time & accurate reconciliation to book into system- Guide & train the Inventory Count team member- Prepare the monthly stock take schedule for Inventory Count team- Finalize stores, Bazaar/ Pop Up and closing store missing item report- Double check stock take different report

- Performs daily stock scan count as per the monthly schedule- Performs an accurate stock scan count as per the dateline given- Ensure the scanner is fully charge and always in workable condition- Attend to ad-hoc request/ assignment as and when required by Superior. Urgent request must be attended immediately- Maintain a good relationship with direct superior and other team members with the department and other departments

- Organizing the work process in inbound- Controlling each inbound process- Ensuring the work area is tidy and clean- Collecting inventory data- Identifying, classifying, and categorizing inventory items- Recording and creating inventory lists- Monitoring and maintaining inventory items- Compiling and ensuring the sustainability of the inventory process- Supervising put away process- Verifying actual and system placement of goods- Reporting on process ( unloading, checking & put away )
