Perform Earned Value Analysis (EV) including CPI and SPI. . Responsible for coordination with Client, Consultant and HO.. Preparation and developing of project construction liaise with PM and GM Engineering to finalize project schedule for onwards submission to clients/consultant.. Coordinate with site team and sub contractors to ensure completion as per contract date.. Responsible to check tender drawings against contract drawings for any contradiction to be highlighted.. Maintain record of all drawings, incoming contract documents etc, and distribute these documents to concerned person as per PM instruction.. Raise technical queries on site liaise with PM and maintain site queries register, also responsible to keep tract of all queries answered/unanswered.. Raise monthly demand of site after consulting with CM. Coordinate with site purchasers and suppliers for items to be procured at site.. Assist Project Manager in organizing technical submission of all submittals.. Preparation of fortnightly work and cost report to justify the labor cost.. Register all variations/additional work ay site after consideration it will submitted to Client /Consultant for approval..
