My role as Operations Manager includes the roles of Implementation and Management of the whole company affairs, Micromanagement of the Employees, Hiring and Training, Technical training and support, Sales Management, Underwriting and Exams completion and follow ups.-Management and Implementation of Companies affairs and ensuring everything is on track.-Management of Sales in business and ensuring of completion of exams through underwriting and scheduling of exams and ensuring completion of them in US exam branches, namely EXAM ONE and APPS LIVE.-Team training for growth of employees including working on how to communicate with the clients, creating a connection and dealing in various situations across the board, Technical Training of the application and software and support in micromanagement of the employees training and pushing them to growth. -Generating Live Transfers and following up on Exams to be completed and Underwriting of the Billing clients-Creating and implementing new systems for further growth of the company-Hiring and Human Resource management.
