• Preparing whole Financial Accounts of the Company (from voucher, general ledger to financial statement).• Successful Implementation of QuickBooks (accounting software)• Prepare Budget, Management accounts& different types of Management report.• Maintain and reconcile the direct debit mandates and books of accounts, bank reconciliations, fixed assets register, depreciation, insurance & lease schedule etc.• Dealing with all Tax related matters, including E-filing of monthly Sales tax & Withholding tax statements.• Play an important role in HR & Corporate function, including preparation of payroll, maintaining employment records, benefits calculation & filling with SECP etc.• Presenting different financial reports/presentations for management.• Assist external Statutory and Government auditors.• Ensure Compliance with International Accounting Standards, Government rules, SPPRA etc& other standards applicable in Pakistan.• Negotiation and correspondence with banks, consultants, vendors and legal advisors.
