• Conduct Safety pause on daily basis with handling labor, Security Guards/Supervisor.• Conduct D-Level Safety on weekly basis with handling labor and Security Guards/Supervisor.• Daily stock count is the basic responsibility of WHI.• Ensure reconciliation of physical stock vs. system stock with 100% accuracy, in case of any variance escalate respective line manager/AODO.• Product receiving and dispatching as per company SOP’s.• In case of short/excess product received (ROSP) immediately inform to line manager / AODO.• KATLA- WHI is responsible to manage the record of KATLA sheet for each DAP consignment which offloaded in warehouse & for rest of the products as per defined in warehousing manual.• FIFO compliance is mandatory (Stack wise).• Proper stacking of product to utilize the warehouse capacity in efficient manner as per company policy.• Proper maintaining of CAN DN record (dispatch note numbers assigned by the plant production team) with accuracy & Traceability.• Processing orders & Deliveries as per company SOP’s.• Liaison with Govt. Officials and immediately inform to respective AODO about product sampling as per company policy.• Liaison with Handling Contractors, Landlord and CC/transport companies as per company policy.• Ensure compliance to update all the documents as per audit checklist.• Ensure proper housekeeping, electrical safetyand fire-fighting equipment and HSE signs installation.• Ensure implementation of HSE SOPs and guidelines.• Follow COVID-19 protocols as per company policy.• Near Miss reporting once a month.
