Damage Mechanism for all equipment were identified in consultation with Corrosion engineer and Inspection scopes were prepared in order to detect these identified damage mechanisms. •To participate in site level asset integrity audits and identify area of concerns and prepare dedicated recommendations in order to improve the plant integrity. •Gathering and verification of thickness data for Static Equipment as well as Piping (obtained by the contractors) for determination of Short term and Long term Corrosion rates in order to establish equipment and piping remaining life and next inspection interval.•Member of failure analysis team for high temperature and pressure Reactor effluent exchanger’s Lip Seal Gasket. Monitored the repair work for leaked Lip seal gaskets as per the approved repair procedure along with quality checks through NDT.•Prepared Shutdown Inspection Scope for static equipment and piping of assigned area.•Coordination with the other team (operation, external contractors & maintenance)•Member of refinery commissioning & start up team.
