 Receive and respond to calls for emergency assistance at any time. Assess the requirement of the situation and initiate the appropriate response. Closely monitoring the situation through CCTV and giving immediate support to all the operational team members during exhibitions, conference and different events. Special co-operation and liaison to be provided when V.I.P guests are at the property. Under the supervision of Criminal Investigation Authority and Dubai police, conducting risk assessment survey before VVIPs arrival. Consider any special traffic requirements before the exhibitions, parking for VVIPs. Ensure that correct protocol is applied in the delivery of activities such as state occasions, VVIP visits, Royal Weddings, ceremonies and functions.  Programming and maintaining records of parking access card for staff, tenants and visitors. Programming and maintaining records of Identity cards and badges for staff and contractors. Providing and maintaining record of security equipment such as X Ray Machines, Metal Detectors, Electronic Security Gates, E-Gates for access control, Walkie Talkies.
