  • Tendering and attending pretender site meetings to verify the current condition of the project. • Liaising with the suppliers and receiving the quotation in order to estimate the job accordingly. • Managing and Coordination with the Project Manager to check the progress on the construction plan. • Preparing Technical report that includes but not limited to; Construction Program, Organizational Chart, Project Methodology, Construction Quality Assurance, Safe work Method Statements (SWMS) and Health, Safety and Environment (HSE). • Calculation and verification of quantities using Autocad. • Using Autocad for Panel Layouts, As-Constructed Drawings and Design for the projects. • Coordination with the Clients and Consultant for any design issues. • Preparing weekly progress report and submitting to Project Manager, Clients and Consultant. • Monitoring and managing Suppliers and Contractors onsite to execute activities as per the construction program. • Documentation of Construction Quality Assurance such as Inspection and Testing Plan (ITPs), Request for Information (RFI), Variations and As- built Drawings. • Following designs and project specifications to complete the project in timely manner with allotted budget
