Implement, comply, monitor, and maintain Client's (SEC) & Al-Toukhi Company's Health, Safety & Environment standards on all its work fronts, while continuously working towards improving those standards. Implement 5 Star Safety Management System across site departments. Advice, assist, and guide site staff regarding HSE issues. Liaison with client's HSE in day-to-day matters and actively participate in safety walkthroughs. Handle site preparation including setting up site welfare facilities (rest area, washing facility, power supply source, and flammable storage), assembling safety bulletin boards, and safety signage etc. Ensure provision of site access and egress, fire and rescue equipment, first aid facility etc. as prescribed by the client. Assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of ACC’s Safety and Loss Prevention Program including Safe Work Practices/Safe Job Procedures and the Site Emergency Response Plan.Monitor the safety performance of all on-site workers to ensure that all workers on the site work safely.Encourage and educate employees to take precautions and adhere to safety rules to protect themselves and the equipment they use from damage.Identify and review various health and safety concerns specific to the work site and ensure construction site activities do not put non-construction site people outside of the site at risk.Investigate all injuries, accidents and near misses.
