• Generate Sales Invoice Navision Software.• Coordination with Parties and inform all about the delivers.• Planning & timely arrange the transportation for the finish goods orders.• Properly organize all the Finish Goods products as per sales order.• Raw Material inventers on the daily base.• Make insure to parties about receiving delivery and Sales Invoices.• Daily, Weekly and monthly Dispatches and Raw Material receiving report forward to relative department heads & Supervisor.• Manage all the issues at the time of Finish Goods dispatch and raw material order receiving.• Orders receiving from customer service and release as per customer required date.• Coordination with concern transporter and dispatching orders on time.• To collect the POD from the concerned transporters• To update the master data/ Navision with date of receipt of POD• Verifying the shortages damages / goods returned with supporting documents and a list to be sent to the CS and Finance for raising credit notes.• Tracking the POD of FSC Concentrate Pellet/ Mix grain• Tracking the POD of VIP customers on weekly basis and handing the original POD to the Customer Service• All the PODS to be checked and entered in the master data with date of receipt / shortages/damages• Assisting in all the jobs related to issuance of orders / coordinating with the warehouse to execute the orders on time interacting with Finance / Hr/ Audit. All documentation related to Logistics.• Handling the assistant Logistics job’s in Night shift.• Daily, Weekly and monthly Dispatches and receiving report forward to relative department heads & Supervisor.• Manage all the issues at the time.• Coordination with concern Department for follow-ups for job done.• Assisting in all the jobs related to issuance of orders / coordinating with the warehouse.• Making gate pass for all SCL Team (in also after duty timing)• Take and relay messages.• General administrative and clerical support
