Waste Management and Recycling Operations for 10 Landfills in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and RAK- Prepare and implement the group Operations and Environmental Health and Safety management plans and presentations for 10 Landfills in UAE.- Prepare and implement strategies which helps in process improvements and increased production of recyclable material.- Managing group’s EHS team to ensure compliance with Environmental Health and Safety guidelines in all Emirates.- Prioritized health and safety protocols for waste personnel.- Ensure that the assigned KPIs for the team are timely achieved.- Conduct training for operations team to achieve the production targets as per sales and current market requirements.- Conduct feasibility study for the new and existing projects of the company.- Manage internal and external manpower and fleet involved in operations.- Ensure controlling of cost and operation expense as per the budget.- Build and maintain excellent relationships with Government Departments of all Emirates, clients and contractors.- Ensure improvement in the quality of the final products of all material processed in the company’s recycling facilities.

Responsibilities:- Developing, implementing and auditing Environmental Health and Safety management systems.- Preparation of Environmental Studies (EIA, EMP, HSMP, CEMP, WMP, etc.).- Development, communication and implementation of sustainability strategies.- Air dispersion modeling using AERMOD software.- Development of integrated and/or health and safety management systems and H&S professional qualifications with consultancy experience.- Environmental and Safety audits for our clients. Waste management studies and plans.- Environmental measurements by using Equipment. Development of environmental and social impact assessment.- Perform industrial compliance support, ideally including within the environmental permitting regime.

Umm Al Quwain Municipality (Waste Management) - Prepare Health and Safety & Environmental reports for waste water/solid waste treatment, dust control and odour control with compliance to legal requirement.- Training on Health and Safety & Environmental Awareness Programs (EAP).- Training on Waste Management Programs based on the Principle of 4R’s ''Reduce, Reuse, Recover and Recycle''.- Train and Ensure that All workers are well known about Health and Safety & Environmental management issues present at Landfill site.- Organizing meetings to carryout risk assessment, job safety analysis and environmental assessment for site activities.- Coordinate with client and consultant to ensure Health and Safety & Environmental compliance of the project for improvements.- Monitor and ensure that the HSMP and EMS of work being complied at site.- Ensure that first aid facility, firefighting appliances and other such devices are maintained, updated and validated according to standards. Maintain records of the same.- Assist Emergency rescue team to Conduct emergency response drills and maintain records.- Ensure compliance to legal requirements.
