Assigned to BAT New Zealand:- First point of contact for BAT New Zealand retailers via phone and e-mail.- Responsible for placing orders on SAP as per the requirement of the customer and verifying details on Salesforce.- Resolving any concern raised in the assigned time-frame and keeping follow up till the final resolution as per given policy and procedures.- Responsible for achieving target as per allocated new product or upselling VAS campaigns.- Making sure all workings and processes are in accordance with the local laws of New Zealand Tobacco industry.

International Campaign: Walmart US (Chats)- Receiving customer chats to help them resolve their concerns in Walmart’s customer Database.- Registering their complaints and provide them with relevant solutions in compliance with company policy. - Ensuring that the chats are wrapped in standard talk time. - Provide the customers with all the relevant information they require and also educating and empowering them for future self service options.- Escalating the complaints and coordinating with Back office for timely process, if the concern is unable to be resolved from general system.- Requires excellent English communication skills with attention to detail on tone, verbiage and grammar of the sentences.
