Looking after Quality Assurance & Technical / Product Integrity management from cut to pack for group Azgard nine to make satisfactory of our company customers / brands in terms of fitting , workmanship & look of the product by monitoring and performing Audits from Fabric / accessories inspections to till end / finished product.

Working as a Head of Technical & Quality Assurance .Looking after all Technical & Quality issues arises with our Textile apparel vendors / Garments manufacturers by providing them best possible alternative solutions , monitoring & execution of all Quality assurance performances from development to the Final inspections for our famous Brand MUSTANG, a German Leading Textile & apparel retailer.. Searching & Sourcing of new markets of Textile & Apparel Vendors .

Joined as a Chief Garment Technologist for German customers / Market, had monitored and executed performances of Quality from development to the bulk production for Tom tailor , Kik , F&S , New Yorker including bulk wash shade band approvals and final inspections / final decisions, then after 6 months transferred as a Head of Quality in bulk operations / Production, where looked after all performances of Quality control & assurance for each brands / customers.During worked associated with Team Building, develop & training of quality staff, execution & satisfaction of brands / customers by Planned & organized Job description of subordinates . Have also made & revised new Systems and SOPS for betterment of the product.

To monitored and executed all performances of visiual Quality in whole group Factories. To managed technical support of the company sampling and pattern staff in creation & development of patterns / designs & samples, To develop new brands like esprit and satisfied to the running customers specially like GAP & H&M together all others. To improve company QMS by made SOPs, changes in system & arranged module lines in finishing process. arrange and developped a new sampling dept as per customer demand.

Worked for Next UK under working next sourcing ltd Liaison office Pakistan, To monitored & executed over all Quality Assurance & fit approvals , bulk shade bands and bulk shipment approvals / decisions , Further to develop team & work , Top important to provide best alternative solutions in bulk production, To build Factories / Vendors Quality management systems, Sops & work environment by visiting them all over Pakistan.To directly communicate , handle & get satisfied next UK buyers and Senior / assist Technologists of all wearers / divisions.

Worked with H&M Liaison office Karachi, where look after fit approvals, sewing techniques , shade band approvals & performances of over all Quality .Have been worked with many H&M brands for example & denim Ladies, Divided blue, Divided Red, LOGG etc with Ladies, girls , boys and Men’s wear products,To provide best alternative solution for bulk production which should be acceptable for buyers / customers, To provide QMS support to all Vendors under H&M GPQ or RQS systems,To provide Training & development to the team members, for basic knowledge of patterns , fitting on the dummies and live model , Quality related issues from development to the final inspections, Especially in the initial inspections. Got autonomy of all size sets, bulk wash / shade band and final shipment approvals from the H&M buying office Sweden.Providing coordination and Team building from Merchandising to the ,Technical and Quality staff. Visited Head office Sweden, Stock Holm distribution center, H&M Shops , Conducted fit session together with buyers, designers, H&M pattern makers to get more knowledge and Training in Technical & Quality management. Attended many seminars related communication skills, and to increase more ability in work performances in the field of textile clothing / garment from this plat form. Got best technician ever had awarded from H&M Buying office Sweden .

Worked as Head of Product Development / Sampling & Technical dept almost 8 years.To create, develop, grading of the patterns as per trend demand of Fashion & designers as well as the customer required styling & specifications.To arrange consumption of Fabric required for costing & bulk production from customer specs / measurement chart on initial basis at order booking stages .To monitor and executed Cad / Cam pattern designing & generation , Grading, Marker making System for sampling and Bulk production . To get on time fit approvals from customers and directly communication with customers for all technical issues .To support Production & Quality Management staff on all technical issues by providing them alternative solutions in production.To monitor & summarized bulk Fabric shrinkage and patterns for bulk cutting .Development & Training of patterns makers & all PD staff.Team building , Execution & Planning of product development / Sampling as per the company demand and requirements.

To creat Base & Grade Patterns manually as per the demand of customers designs, art works, samples & specs sheets.To calculate consumption as per specs / measurement charts and also with paper patterns.To support sample cutters & sample makers how to develop of sample by following sketch & artwork. To get fit approvals and bulk cut approvals from customers.To finalize bulk production patterns & their grading by follow up approved fitting and shapes of the approved samples & customer comments.To monitored & execute bulk fabric shrinkage and arrange paper patterns for bulk cutting.
