• Power System Modelling (Steady state/Dynamic) for New/Existing Energy Facilities & Power Stations using DIgSILENT/Power Factory (DSL), PSCAD/EMTDC for RMS/EMT studies.• Evaluation of Fault current contribution levels, System Strength, Protection performance and Inertia parameters under different operating scenarios.• Technical screening of the company projects during tendering/contracting phase including BESS sizing calculations for spinning reserve/energy-shifting applications, extensive load-flow & short-circuit studies, short-circuit ratio (SCR) calculations for stable network operation for Engine ON/OFF modes.• Development/commissioning of multiple Renewable Energy Power Stations across different regional areas of Australia, mainly in Western Australia (WA).• Development of DIgSILENT/Power Factory (DSL) models for new power stations in accordance with local/national energy regulations to achieve the Australian national goal of becoming Net-Zero Economy by 2050.• Preparation of the grid connection compliance reports (R0/R1/R2 validation studies) and model acceptance test (MAT) reports for the proposed Renewable Energy Power Plants (Solar, Wind, Integrated Battery Storage, Hybrid Energy Facilities) across different sites in Australia.• Development of protection and control strategies for efficient operation of proposed power stations.• Performing the Regulatory Compliance checks for proposed Power Stations in accordance with National Electricity Rules (NER)/Horizon Power and other relevant regulatory authorities’ technical rules.• Power quality and harmonic analysis using DIgSILENT/Power Factory models.• Debugging of network models to facilitate successful grid integration.• Assessment of new generator performance standards and load connection models, reactive power plants and control systems.• Writing the automation scripts to perform the grid-connection studies for large-scale energy facilities.

As a laboratory demonstrator, I delivered the practical knowledge of different Electrical Engineering Subjects including Power System Analysis, Smart Grids, Power Engineering and Electrical Systems to B.Sc/M.Sc Students to get hands-on experience for various technical topics. My job responsibilities also include the grading of the research thesis and different exam/quiz markings for evaluation purposes. Furthermore, I was ranked as the best teacher for Spring- 2019 among ∼40+ Lab Demonstrators based on student surveys. I also participated in establishing/managing some new laboratories such as Smart Grid/Power Engineering Laboratory.
