• Participated in daily Agile-Scrum, Spring Planning and Retrospective Sessions and updated the team on the status of upcoming User Stories for a project to change the client's software maintenance structure for their various software products. Conducted Agile-Scrum meetings, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums or Standups, Sprint Check-In, Sprint Review and Retrospectives. Created User stories that included business logic, expected behavior, and user acceptance criteria.• In order to develop the transformation logic, the data mapping document was used to determine the target data format. In collaboration with the data analyst, cleansed, transformed, and standardized the various sources of data. Understanding CMS's requirements and updating the existing processes accordingly. • A comprehensive understanding and collection of requirements for the To-Be system was achieved through interviews, live meetings, and JAD sessions with business users and Subject Matter Experts. Assuring compliance with requirements through extensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Analyzing the gaps between existing processes and desired processes. Assisted in the review and approval of the Business Requirement Document (BRD), the Functional Requirement Document (FRD) and the Mapping Document.• In order to capture requirement changes during the execution phase, we prepared Project Change Requests (PCR) related to defects. Coordinated meetings to grant approvals or disapprovals for various types of Project Portfolio Management (PPM) requests. Used Quality Center/ Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) to document Test Cases, Test Results and Defects. Facilitated the development of QA test strategies, test plans, test cases by estimating the testing effort and assigning tasks to team members in coordination with the QA team.• The two applications were designed to increase the productivity and efficiency of the internal operations of the company. The new internal-use software was created to automate certain processes and reduce the amount of time and effort required to complete tasks.
