•Direct team resources to achieve the targets and to identify potential business opportunities for portfolio expansion.•Responsible and managing a good relationship with the new and existing Clients and increase the clientèle base through business development.•Manage all customers focusing on relationship management & up-selling/deep-selling/ cross selling other bank products Benca, document collection and Business Credit Card.•Conduct annual/ periodic credit facility reviews in the existing portfolio in a timely manner and apply for top-up in line with the bank’s credit policy to maximize earnings.•Determine the eligibility of clients as per Risk Acceptance Criteria (RAC) set by the bank.•Gathering information of Customer, Industry, Product, Workforce, Future/Current projects, and Reading financial briefings in detail to match with the business profile.•Undertaking risk assessment analysis by analysing customer’s financial condition and monitor credit worthiness in accordance with internal credit rating procedure.•Analysis of Financial Statements by applying financial ratios and analytical procedures to assess the cash cycle & cash inflows of the company and to determine the repayment capacity of the loan proposed.•Analysis of Bank Statements to pull out inward/outward returned cheques, missing links, internal transfers & same day cash in/out transaction. •Review related legal documents, MOA, Trade license, COC, MOL and Passport copies.•To complete the tasks i.e. Contact Point Verification (CPV), Call Visit Report & Market checking.•Retrieve Central bank checking e.g. RB (Risk Bureau) Reports, CB (Central Bank) Reports, CRR (Customer Risk Rating).•Determine concentration risk in Bank Statements & seek proof of high value transactions.•Preparing the disbursement documents, Tawarruk Agreement, DDA, LOU and Personal Guarantee form.•Responsible for actively cross-selling and targeting new business in order to maximize the income contribution.

• Liaising with customers regarding their financial requirements.• To proactively drive new to bank business to grow SME business presence in the identified target segments. • To maintain close contact and relationship with the clients in a way that ensures that we remain one of their main banks and getting the major share of their banking activities.• To sell actively the bank products assets / liabilities / trade finance transactions / FX / remittances / business loans / other bank products.• To work closely with all bank departments & teams to maximize opportunities and ensure satisfactory service level for the bank clients.• Adhere to policies and procedures regarding to KYC & AML as set out by the bank & CBE.• Drive service team to achieve customer satisfaction
