In my current role, I improved financial performance, heightened productivity to facilitate internal financial control ensuring business growth and profitability. Increased cash flow of the company by implementing a centralized payment process for all supplier and increasing the credit limit for all supplier. Implemented and obtained special import permit approval from MOH online system, submitted for declaration to shipping agent and achieved the release of shipment from MOH. Conducted effective review and developed strategic business plan for Health Scope Drug Store with Management as well as played a vital role in implementation for Business plan as per deadlines.Contributed in opening the Branches office and clinic in Sri Lanka and KSA as per management decision and obtained proper market survey as well as arranged the product delivery and supply chain in KSA and Sri Lanka. Developed and presented future plan to expand the clinic business in GCC Countries (Qatar – Kuwait – Bahrain) and negotiated with franchise & distributor to make a feasibility for these coming projects.
