• Perform validation for new installations of WAN connections over Orange's Network; this includes Performing Circuit testing, End to End testing and Service testing. My daily work as shift leader that is responsible for the Central Installation, Support mail box and distributing mails on other team members. Configuring and troubleshooting most of WAN Connections (Frame Relay, ATM, DSL and ISDN).• Working in the VPOP (Virtual Point Of Presence) Project. Responsible for Circuit testing and acceptance. Responsible on building and mapping the Multiplexer (DNX) on the backbone of Orange. Working with most of the telcos available in the USA (AT&T, SBC, Verizon,....)
