Key responsibilities:Developing and maintaining simple websites using HTML , CSS , Bootstrap and Javascript.Simple manual testing and debuggingCollaborating with the team using tools such as of Slack , Clickup , Github etc.Updating and maintaining website content: it includes updating website content, including text, images, and multimedia files.Conducting research for upcoming trends of websites designing , and technologies.Learnt how to use different tools for Website Performance Testing and Monitoring

•Discover and onboard new influencers; Establish and maintain strong relationship with influencers from YouTube and Instagram.•Coordinate with Sales team to handle on-boarding of new advertisers in influencer marketing.•Coordinate with Sales & AM team to manage and build relationships with our advertising clients in influencer marketing.•Establish deep understanding of our client's business; leverage this understanding to choose the RIGHT influencers.•Analyze influencer campaign data to provide detailed reviews and strategic plans in the next move.•Outreach to those influencers and make deals with them•Create client-facing reporting on performance and make recommendations on optimization or forward-looking strategies•Follow up all the campaigns , progress and track results

• An experienced team member who can take a client initiative and engage with the exact influencers we need to deliver their message in an engaging way.•Support the company to help brands discover and share their stories, engage their target audiences, and ultimately drive actions that deliver on business goals.•Based on the brief, use our commissioned platform to develop a source list of influencers that fit into our target market•Develop and execute an outreach strategy that will reach the influencers we'd like to partner with•Negotiate terms and ensure that the influencers have the full scope of our expectations•Communicate and direct on message tone and goal•Monitor and measure launch and performance•Create client-facing reporting on performance and make recommendations on optimization or forward-looking strategies•Follow up all the campaigns , progress and track results

•Support the launch and ramp of Shop experience through micro influencer feed post content partnerships, while also building out our affiliate layer of our influencer partnerships in partnership with our Shop Influencer Manager.•Support in researching the best influencers that are linking to our brand.•Support the launch of our Curated Collections, WestWard's influencer curated Shops, within our overall •Shop offering, in partnership with Marketing, Product, Merchandise & Buying & Creative teams•Lead work scoping, finding, briefing, nurturing and growing influencer talent across our platforms.•Support the merchandise fulfillment process by getting influencers properly on boarded into Shop and collaborating with cross-functional partners to request and ship product•Act as main point of contact and build relationships with influencers, creators and their agents•Support our agency partners (social, creator, and influencer agencies) as part of an internal team who oversees messaging, programming, asset review & creation and editorial calendars and campaigns, reporting and toolsets.•Measure, track, report and optimize performance across owned and partner channels: Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok and YouTube.
