-Assigned to work under Robotic Arm Stripping Machine (RASM) department to supervise the stripping and stacking processes performed by the robotic machines. Need to ensure that the machines were running smoothly and that the processes were carried out according to established standards and procedures.-Participated in a project aimed at reducing the number of gloves stuck or dropped at the Reebow Stacking machine.-Involved in a project aimed at minimizing the amount of bypass gloves that cannot be stripped by the pulling brush machine.
