As a Technical Program Manager Intern at Tesla, I applied my Project Management & Industrial Engineering skills and knowledge to support the development and implementation of various projects related to construction, manufacturing, and operations. I collaborated with cross-functional teams, conducted data analysis, and contributed to process improvement and optimization.Prior to joining Tesla, I worked as a Reliability Engineer at United States Steel Corporation and an Executive Engineer at Aisha Steel Mills Limited, where I gained three years of experience in maintenance, planning, and performance monitoring in the manufacturing industry. I led a team of engineers and technicians, prepared and executed improvement and shutdown maintenance plans, monitored the condition of major equipment, and implemented ISO 9001 and SAP MM & PM modules. I also acquired multiple certifications and skills in Excel, predictive, preventive, and shutdown maintenance, and hydraulic and pneumatic systems.I am currently pursuing my Master of Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering at Texas A&M University, with an interest in data analytics, project management and its applications to engineering problems. My objective is to obtain a position in a dynamic, challenging environment where I can use my technical, organizational, managerial and communication skills to foster both personal and professional growth.
