Kabir Muhammad is a highly coordinated, bright, results-oriented, and enthusiastic individual with a passion for Biomedical Engineering. He is a self-taught Python programmer and a skilled Deep Learning/MLOps engineer. Currently, Kabir is a master’s student in Medical Imaging and Applications.As a combined BME and AI engineer, Kabir has a strong interest in image processing for medical diagnostics. He is dedicated to medical innovation, computer vision, and AI systems for medical diagnostics. Currently, he is researching various machine learning and deep learning technologies that can be applied to medical imaging. His goal is to use this research to deploy AI systems that assist medical practitioners.Kabir is an exceptional student, having been awarded the best student in his Biomedical Engineering class four times in a row, earning the University Scholarship Award. He was one of 50+ students nationwide to receive the 2020/2021 Federal Scholarship Award for academic excellence. In 2018, he was one of 20 students at the University of Ilorin to receive the NSBE-Unilorin Award of Academic Excellence. He was also among the first 50 CODEBREAKERS in Nigeria to complete the game room Trebex in 2020.He served as the pioneer Vice President of the American Society for Quality (ASQ) Unilorin branch and the Vice President of the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) Unilorin Chapter for the 2020/2021 session. Additionally, he was the Technical Director at DareWord Unilorin for the 2020/2021 session. Kabir is a collegiate member of both the National Society of Black Engineers and the American Society for Quality. He was also a member of the Academic Committee for the National Association of Biomedical Engineers Unilorin Chapter.
