  • Conduct Sterility testing of sterile raw materials, medical devices, and finished products according to USP and BP.• Conduct Bacterial Endotoxin test (BET) of injectable Products, distilled water samples, and medical devices by gel clot method.• Antibiotics Microbial Assay (Zone of Inhibition).• Conduct Microbial Limit Tests (MLT) of Raw Materials, excipients, and Finished Products.• Detection and enumeration of Salmonella, E.coli, Bacillus cereus, Staphylococcus aureus, Clostridium and Campylobacter strains in different food products according to GSO standard.• Different culture media preparation & their Growth promotion testing.• Validation of sterilizer (Autoclave, Hot Air Oven).• Microbiological Monitoring of clean Area by settled Plate Exposure, Air Sampling, Finger Dabs, contact Plate and Swab Testing.• Validation of clean room by particle counter.• Validation of different disinfectants used for cleaning purposes of clean area.• Evaluation of different pathogenic strains of water system and the environment with selective culture media and biochemical techniques.• Microbiological and chemical analysis of distilled water, Tape water and deionize water.• Proper disposal of laboratory waste.• Writing protocols, Standard operating procedure and different documentation as per CGMPs
