I have done my Masters research on topic titled "Feasibility of Hybrid Timber-Concrete Tall Buildings". I have followed the following research methodology,-Designing of 20 story All Concrete Building. -Designing of 20 story Hybrid Timber-Concrete Building (Gravity load resisting system is designed as Timber and lateral load resisting system is designed as Concrete).-Commercial designing software ETABS and S-Frame are used for designing, design is based on Canadian Timber Design Code CSA 086.-Dynamic Analysis performed.-Comparing the seismic feasibility performance and carbon footprint of both structures.In conclusion, Hybrid Timber-Concrete building has superior seismic and sustainability performance over concrete building while satisfying the different codal requirements.
