Current• 1st line network troubleshooting, Ticket Logging and management, service request and incident handling, technical support, and raising, performing, managing changes to the network.• Pro-actively out of hours network monitoring, manage customer's networks according to SLA, prioritization, and service impact using a procedural discipline in a way that assumes authority to maintain network availability, security and performance.• Monitored security and network events with SIEM (Qradar) and Network monitoring tools (PRTG).• Performed network changes (Port modification, LAN changes, etc). Firewall changes (Palo Alto, ASA, FortiGate), Infoblox changes (creating DNS entries, assigning IP ranges, etc.), Zscaler Proxy (Blacklist /Whitelist, etc.).• Resolving Security P2’s incidents with performing changes to block domains/IP on network parameter FW (Palo Alto) and Proxy level (Zscaler)• Execute proactive work, verify completion, and conduct scheduled testing and backup operations in a way that maximizes customer network availability, APARs, and shift handover.• Mentored new recruits in technical and soft skills and helped them get up to speed with the team.• Analyzed CVEs using Nessus and their impact on the network and log in tickets and providing mitigation suggestions based on their criticality.• Provided first-line call support to customers to help troubleshoot and to escalate tickets based on the priority of complex networking issues.
