Immersive Display Group are dome projection specialists. The role includes the movement and initial set up of computer equipment and their related peripherals; this includes dealer boards and VoIP phones. I have to make sure they are fully functional and comply with all the safety regulations of the company. During my time at LMG, I have gained experience in providing first line support, to both back office and front office (trade floor) users, I deal with the users both face to face and on the phone. From this opportunity in this role, I have gained experience in multiple pc/multiple screen environments, supporting up to 2 PC’s, 8 screens environments. In London, I mainly work for Barclays Capital in Canary Wharf. I have also worked at various companies including Lexmark, Lockton and KPMG
