Reporting to Director Procurement, I was transferred to Purchasing. I am functionally responsible for Technical (Non GSM), Real Estate & Insurance Procurement. Reporting to Director Procurement, I was promoted as Manager Logistics. I was functionally responsible for strategic sourcing of SIM & Scratch Card, Warehousing & Distribution. Also looking after Imports, Custom Clearance & General Insurance domain. Managing a team of 8.Responsibilities included:-• Managing end to end supply chain for efficient planning, sourcing, warehousing & distribution of SIM & Scratch Cards• Coordination with different business units & vendors to align supply chain with overall business strategy & commercial plan of the company• Developing & managing business partners for freight management, custom clearance and 3rd Party Logistics for warehousing, distribution & packaging • Ensure service level compliance through strong KPI based reporting• Setting up policies, procedures for efficient inventory management system, warehousing & distribution• Looking after import/export operations and ensuring timely clearance of shipments• Insurance: General (network & non-network) from souring till contract management & claims through Insurance Companies & broker, Marsh• Contingency Planning Management• Preparing monthly dashboard for Director Procurement• Development of team through coaching, new learning opportunities via involvement in unprecedented work for the team members • Managing contract risks & opportunities• Providing strategic & tactical direction to management

Reporting to Manager Logistics, I joined as Team Leader and then re-designated as Assistant Manager Logistics. I was functionally responsible for strategic sourcing of SIM & Scratch Card & its Retail Distribution, looking after team of 2.Responsibilities included:-• Material planning & availability on the basis of rolling forecast & different analysis report• Implementing Door Step Delivery Distribution Model across the country• Development & implementation of strong reporting frame work to enhance visibility & to ensure effective monitoring• Maintaining data base and inventory reconciliation among different inventory modules/nodes• Developing Logistics Policies to bring in line with the SOA regulations• Negotiations with transporters

Reporting to Head Office, I was promoted as Area Sales Manager. I; functionally responsible for Business Plan & Contract Management of key accounts in the region, looking after team of 8.As a functional head, I was responsible for:-• Achieving the business plan for the company and maximizing the market share• Building customer relationship at the highest level and handle key accounts• Making proposals & contract management and ensuring timely execution and completion of the contract• Negotiations and liaison with corporate and government sector• Developing tailor made products (e.g. visa drop box for embassies) • Timely recovery of receivables
