- Responsible for 24 x 7 Security Operation Centre (SOC) monitoring on alerts detection and security incidents.- Analyze security event data from various tools (Splunk, Microsoft 365 Defender, Sophos, CTI Cyble etc)- Conduct thorough analysis and investigation of received alerts through risk assessment, true positive validation, swiftly identify potential threat to client and gather necessary information.- Escalate incident investigations promptly in alignment with predefined protocols and Service Level Agreements (SLA).- Foster effective communications with clients on assignment given by ensuring collaborative approach to incident resolution.- Collaborate and work closely with Security Consultant and Threat Intelligence team on critical security events communication and assist on alert fine tuning.- Leverage OSINT (Feedly) and social media (Telegram and Twitter) to stay informed about the latest security news, vulnerabilities and threat actor activities

- On-site IT Support for Ramada KLCC and remote support for Trinidad Suites JB- Exposure to network infrastructure (DNS, DHCP, Router, Switches, LAN, Cabling, Firewall, VPN). - Provide technical support & troubleshooting for laptop, desktop, printer, scanner & peripherals devices.- Provide technical support for Microsoft 365/Office products (Issues, License Management)- Vendor management and coordination on issues & queries of ERP Property Management Systems, Service Robots, Keycard Systems, Internet Service Providers, HP Support, etc.- Install and configure appropriate software to function according to the specification - Set up new accounts for staff, provide access rights and menu rights to users within PMS system. - Set up work email for staff on-site or remotely through phones, laptops, and desktops.- Prepare test case scenario, perform system testing for Vendfun Kiosk Machine for Self Check-in- Document IT inventory and IT Support playbook for Ramada KLCC.
