To responds to patient’s queries and problems, either face to face or over the phone.f. To advises on life style issues such as diet, exercise and mental health.g. Refering the patient to other health practitioners, as considered appropriate.h. Maintains clinical notes and records for each patient as per SOPs.i. To complies service deliverance as per Tibbi SOPs and protocols.2. Preventive/Promotivea. To ensures that instruments being used in examinations etc are properly sterilized.b. To explains diseases prevention according to principles of Tibb.c. To enables clients to adopt healthy life style behaviors.3. Generala. Ensuring the responsible staff is regular in supply/replenishment/record of medicines and stores.e. Ensuring proper recording of OPD, on regular basis.f. Checking and supervises subordinate staff to ensure their performance as per JD’s..g.
