• Deploy, configure, and maintain servers, operating systems, and software applications.• Implement automation tools to streamline system provisioning and configuration processes.• Managing AWS environment with multi-AZ and multi regions, multiple VPC, NAT server, Bastion servers, Route 53.• Managing S3 Service for Video Content and Live Streaming Recording.• Managing the Media Connect and Media live Service.• Deploy and manage AWS resources, including EC2 instances, S3 buckets, RDS databases, and other services.• Set up and manage IAM (Identity and Access Management) roles and policies.• Maintain the service related SLA's by communication with Telco partners and with third party vendors if there is anyservice outage from their side.• 24/7 NOC monitoring using tools like Nagios, Icinga, Datadog & Grafana.• In-Depth Knowledge of Logging systems such as (Splunk, Elasticsearch).• Providing technical Tier 2support for problems and simulations of issues.• Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.• Collaborate with software development teams to ensure seamless integration of applications into the productionenvironment.• Acquire knowledge of DevOps principles, practices, and tools. Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on industrytrends and emerging technologies.• Support, maintain and improve our core cloud infrastructure and environments, built on the AWS platform.
