Client Responsiveness Accountability - Support
CurrentCollect and document feedback and complaints from IRC implementation locations (Adamawa, Borno, Yobe, Katsina, Plateau, and Zamfara) using multiple channels including toll-free lines, suggestion boxes, WhatsApp, and SMS platforms.Translate feedback from local languages (Hausa, Kanuri, Shuwa, and Fulfulde) into English, ensuring confidentiality is upheld.Refer feedback to the relevant sectors through the supervisor as needed.Maintain and manage the IRC complaints and feedback database (CommCare), ensuring timely data entry and accurate categorization of feedback.Ensure complaints are resolved and closed within designated timeframes, facilitating any necessary follow-ups and reporting.Prepare bi-weekly reports detailing complaint categories, status updates, and patterns in community feedback.Participate in the dissemination of program information, including the organization of help desks/information tables during distributions to answer beneficiary questions.Conduct sensitization sessions and promote awareness on accountability mechanisms with community members and project participants.Support training sessions for IRC staff, incentive workers, and community volunteers to ensure quality implementation of accountability and feedback mechanisms.Develop strategies to ensure that all target communities have access to the hotline and other feedback channels, monitoring effectiveness and implementing improvements.Communicate accountability mechanisms effectively to all project stakeholders.Schedule and prepare for field visits, including transport arrangements.Participate in lesson-sharing meetings, workshops, and other collaborative activities to support continuous learning and improvement.Each responsibility is designed to ensure the smooth, accountable, and effective implementation of IRC's complaint and feedback mechanisms while engaging with communities and supporting program improvement.
