As a graduate of The City College of New York with a degree in Business Administration and Management, I have a strong foundation in business concepts and analytical skills. I also completed a program in Consumer Banking and Customer Service at Year Up, where I gained valuable experience in the financial industry and customer relations. Currently, I am a Data Analyst at Centers Plan for Healthy Living, a leading provider of health care services for seniors and people with disabilities.In my role as a Data Analyst, I analyze incoming requests, identify issues, determine root causes, and participate in the development of solutions. I work with various applications and cross-referencing data, and report reconciliation, development, and presentation on a timely basis. I also collaborate with other Business, Data, or System Analysts and Project Managers in the execution of various projects. I use tools such as ETL, SQL, and Pandas to perform data manipulation, analysis, and visualization. I am passionate about using data to improve the quality and efficiency of health care delivery and outcomes.
