1.My role encompasses the end-to-end management of contracts,creation, execution, and supervision of contractual terms, and obligations aremeticulously adhered to, maintaining accurate and current contract records.2.I am tasked with determining material identification, pricing, cost structures,logistics, and hauling equipment in alignment with anticipated half-year industrialrequirements.3. Sourcing and inspecting both LME grade and non-LME registeredmetals, I negotiate prices with buyers and sellers based on a thorough assessmentof their value.4. Cultivating relationships with significant entities such as large scrap yards, metalsuppliers, foundries, and plants is a key focus of my responsibilities.5. I provide oversight for operational activities involving sellers, buyers, finance, andshipping. This includes executing hedging strategies and collaborating withexternal stakeholders to ensure orderly processes, supporting the punctualdelivery of products as per contractual agreements, and maintaining accuratedatabases.6. Ensuring payment matters, including transactions with sellers and incoming fundsfrom buyers based on payment terms, LC issuance, and LC negotiation, falls undermy purview.7. My expertise includes an excellent understanding of scrap metal markets andproficiency in various tools essential for successful transactions, such as terminalmarkets, swaps, tolls, formula pricing, and hedging.8. Managing risks is integral to my role, achieved through collaboration with hedging,risk management, and commodity analyst teams.9. I maintain a robust network of personal relationships with MNC suppliers,smelters, and distributors.10. My responsibilities extend to a profound understanding of base metal trading operations and Intl trading practices.11. Lastly, I curate and regularly contact a list of industrial and commercial accountsproducing scrap metal, utilizing various channels including email, online meetings,personal contacts & visits.
