Created and managed all of Poetry Ireland’s strategic audience development and communications activities across public engagement campaigns, live literature events, publications, educationprogrammes, resources for writers and a major capital fundraising campaign.Key achievements:• Devised and implemented Poetry Day Ireland, a major annual public engagement campaign resulting in more than 150 poetry events around the country on a single day with significant broadcast, print and social media coverage (including trending at #1 on Twitter in Ireland all day). • Devised and managed the touring marketing campaign for Muldoon’s Picnic, a seven-performance tour to major venues around Ireland and to the Edinburgh International Book Festival. • Devised and managed marketing and communications campaigns for high profile events such as Beautiful Lofty Things at the National Concert Hall, the flagship of the Yeats 2015 anniversary and Rising to Reconciliation in partnership with the Department of Foreign Affairs in five major venues including the Abbey Theatre and the Barbican. • Art directed All Through the Night, an anthology of night poems edited by Marie Heaney. Designed andmanaged a significant marketing and PR campaign for the book’s launch, helping to ensure it reached the best seller lists in many Irish bookshops.

Directed all marketing and PR activities, managing the internal and external communications teams in the execution of innovative and effective marketing campaigns for The Ark’s programmes. Key achievements included:- Increased marketing ROI by introducing an online-focused marketing function. - Managed a complete website redesign of ark.ie resulting in a significant increase in online ticket revenue and unique visitors. - Created and executed effective social media content, significantly growing The Ark's online and social community. - Successfully managed applications for in-kind advertising support from media and transport partners. - Restructured and rebranded individual membership and giving schemes. - Participated in the DeVos Institute of Arts Management’s training programme in association with Business to Arts.

Key client-facing role in one of the UK’s top 100 creative agencies. Managed a team of six designers on brand identity, marketing communications, advertising, and website projects. Project managed up to ten live jobs at a time with budgets of up to £150,000. Key achievements included project managing winning pitches, building strong client relationships and managing financial forecasts and budgets. Clients included Land Securities, London Symphony Orchestra, Mariinsky Theatre, Lawn Tennis Association, Arts & Business, Lewis Silkin LLP and The Body Shop.

Managed communications and brand projects, edited LSO concert programmes and devised strategic marketing campaigns for performances, educational projects and commercial space at LSO St Luke’s, the UBS and LSO Music Education Centre

Worked to promote and publicise the Boosey & Hawkes roster of composers in the UK and other territories. Composers included John Adams, Harrison Birtwistle, Magnus Lindberg, James MacMillan and Mark-Anthony Turnage.
