Handling end-to-end recruitment process• Experience in handling all stages of recruitment; Requisition process, telephonic interviews, Client Meeting, Internal recruitments.• Conducting HR Interviews• Scrutinizing based on suitability of the Profile for the Company's requirements based on the experiences in the industry, skills, assignments handled, and Communication skills.• Coordinating and scheduling further rounds and all follow up action thereafter with the clients.• Participate in HR Monthly reviews and share best practice at a BU level.• Actively participating in Building a strong Client Database, Monitoring of vacancies arising with organizations and Sourcing Profiles for the same.• Maintain the health of the People Soft system in HR and work hands-on for information needs
