 Supervise activities at forecourt. Guest relation management. Ensure smooth operations & timely service. Conduct regular tank dip level controls. Supervise & ensure routine maintenance of equipment Ensure hazard free environment. Composes letters, memorandum, develops charts, graphs, and diagrams Schedule meetings and reserve rooms for meetings. Distributes mail. Prepares materials for workshops, conferences, meetings, duplicates/collates. Prepares and expedites purchase orders and direct payments, etc. Maintains attendance reports, leave records, trip records and logs. Prepares reports. Maintains and processes forms. Assists with the preparation, calculation, and execution of the cost & budget. Orders, distributes, and keeps an inventory of supplies. Performs other duties assigned. Manage retail staff, among which includes people working on the floor, and the cashiers. Ensure that hours of operation are in compliance with local laws. Organize and distribute staff schedules.
