★Establish a link between UNHCR and the refugee community and coordinate between them.★Conduct home visits and provide necessary support for persons with specific refugees registered in UNHCR. ★Report to HELVETAS/NGO Forum/BAC/ACTIONAID heightened risk cases that are in need of urgent support or assistance.★Inform UNHCR about refugees who have not been family counted.★Identify refugees with specific needs, provide them with necessary support and refer them to the services through existing referral pathways.★Assist refugees in acute distress and provide them with emotional and practical support, as well as link them to appropriate services.★Deliver information from UNHCR and HELVETAS/NGO Forum/BRAC/ACTIONAID to the community about the existing programs according to the directives and principles of the organizations.★Provide UNHCR and HELVETAS/NGO Forum/BRAC/ACTIONAID with information on the situation (needs/concerns) of certain groups and link UNHCR with these groups for further dialogue, as needed.★Identify and report community-led solutions to risks and needs, as well as suggest solutions. ★Advocate and speak for their community during encounters and meetings with different delegations.★Facilitate in the identification of more COMs to assist within other sectors such as education and health, as needed.

Duties & Responsibilities........................★Ensure regular and timely communication and reporting to CBCP officer.★Facilitate and lead small-group sessions with adolescent boys on CoC modules and general life skill sessions, (main topics are Gender, SRHR, Life Skills, Child Protections, and basics of life-enhancing, etc).★ Survey stakeholders selection, organize the potential stakeholders for serving the different purposes of the project, Cooperate with the CBCP officer on distribution and other official and organizational needs related aspects, etc.★Identify adolescent boys in their respective locations, provide them with basic project information and assign them up for regular CoC sessions.★Collect different data from the camp and host community for assessment and service mapping as needed.★Facilitate any logistics and preparation to ensure that project activities are carried out in a timely and orderly manner.★Co-Facilitate Support and manage two Peer Leaders in their day-to-day arrangement group sessions for CoC sessions.★Conduct monthly adolescent club members meetings, Feedback sessions, and parenting meetings.★Strengthening community-based child protection approaches and systems for individuals who are harmed or at risk of harm.★Attend monthly meetings at the office level.Prepare the monthly report★Disseminated different messages on Gender, Gender inequality, GBV, and other topics.★Prepare the monthly reports, work plan and ensure a proper monthly action plan★Ensure child protection through prevention and response to neglect, abuse, violence, and exploitation against children across the work locations.★TFD/ street Drama shows in the camp and host community.★Make a Case Study on adolescents improvement and development from CoC sessions.★Refer adolescent boys to IOM hospital at risk of HIV, and make reports Child marriage, and GBV to the Site management Team of IOM.★Perform Any other tasks assigned by the management.
