Hello, I'm Mujtaba Abbas, an aspiring Industrial Electronics Engineering student, and a motivated leader. As the Founder and Inaugural President of the IIEE Student Council, I have developed strong organizational and interpersonal skills, while actively driving initiatives that enhance the student experience.During my recent internship at Lucky Electric Power Company's 660MW Coal-fired Power Plant, I had the opportunity to deepen my understanding of electrical and instrumentation systems. In the Instrumentation and Control (I&C) department, I learned about various instruments related to pressure, flow, and temperature, as well as Distributed Control Systems (DCS) such as GE Mark VI E and Emerson Ovation 3.7. Additionally, I gained hands-on experience with Siemens PLCs S7-200, S7-400, and S7-1500. In the Electrical department, I expanded my knowledge of generators, transformers, and motors. One of the highlights of my internship was contributing to a project focused on evaluating and improving the fire detection system within the plant, aligning it with international standards.With a focus on C, C++, and Proteus, I have honed my technical expertise through hands-on projects and coursework. These skills enable me to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions.My passion for the arts led me to serve as the President of the Dramatics Society during my A-levels at Whales College, where I successfully orchestrated captivating performances and fostered a creative environment.Committed to personal growth, I thrive on challenges and strive for continuous learning.
