Getting International Leads from different unexplored countries and convert them successfully.

Responsibilities:-Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs;-Determine selection criteria;-Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)-Conduct first screening of CV's and then forwarding it to HR department.-Plan interview and selection procedures;(Optional,not always applicable)-Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details;-Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements; -Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department;-Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.

Responsibilities:-Keep computer systems running smoothly and ensure users get the maximum benefit from them.-Providing IT assistance to staff.-Talk staff through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues.-Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.-Consulting with IT managers and other departments as required while working.-Resolving logged errors in a timely manner.-Updating computer software.-Maintaining databases and ensuring system security.-Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues.
