• Preparing Monthly/Year End Financial Statements.• Facilitate and complete monthly close procedures.• Assisting Finance Manager with Forecasting, Budgeting and other certain reports.• Administer the depreciation/amortization schedule for fixed assets/prepayments.• Analyze revenues, commissions and expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately on amonthly basis.• Monitor customer account details and identify and investigate non-payments, delayed paymentsand other irregularities.• Complete account reconciliations and process adjustments.• Carrying out Year End closing procedures and assisting in annual audit.
