• Responsible for System and Solution testing for Cisco Viptela SD-WAN Solution• Responsible for performance and scale testing of Viptela SD-WAN edge devices in a large-scale environment where the UUT can be tested with thousands of tunnels, flows etc.• Responsible for testing SD-WAN solutions in deploying controllers in AWS. This includes creating new EC2 instances, modifying/creating new security policies, creating new VPCs, taking disk snapshots and recovering controllers from the snapshots.• Involved in designing, building, and testing Cisco IWAN solutions based on new requirements from the customer and the product marketing team• Lead the validation of key Cisco IWAN releases. This required collaboration with cross functional team to ensure timely delivery of features and resolving issues. This required working with both product marketing and development team to understand the requirement and test the solutions based on the feedback from these teams.• Reporting test results and progress to the higher management.• Involved in giving proof of concept of Cisco IWAN and Viptela SD-WAN solutions to key enterprise customers

• Lead the testing for Cisco voice and security solution, developing deployment guides, coordinating and collaboration with multiple BUs and working with customers for the resolution of deployment related issues and in helping the marketing to provide a POC for the customer• Lead Cisco IP Contact center solution focusing on Cisco CUBE interoperability in IPCC environment• Lead Cisco Teleworker solution (CVO) for the integration of Tandberg video end points and new features. Also managed CVO alpha to integrate new platforms and features

• • Managed a team of eight engineers who were involved in the solution testing of Cisco commercial and Small Medium business market segments• Successfully managed Smart Business Communication System solution testing projects. The project involved co-ordination and collaboration with multiple Business Units to successfully complete the testing on time.• Managed Alpha team to test Cisco Call Managers latest releases in alpha environment.

• Lead multiple dev-test, solution, and automation projects. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:• Developing and executing a test plan, including test case design, test topology design, test tools and scripts development, test execution, problem analysis, reporting and documentation• Participating in the Load/Stress testing using Automatic tools such as Ameritech, Abacus and Hammer.• Interactions with developers in providing input and resolving issues. • Successfully executed several projects specific to voice features.• Lead the team in the testing and automation of Comcast and TWC Cactus Cable solution.• Co-ordination within and outside teams to identify and automate test cases that gives added value to the Cactus Cable solution testing.• Mentoring and coaching junior engineers to develop a good understanding of Cactus cable environment.
