And undertaking inventory controls & cost effective process implementation; world class safety norms & modules follow & updates with trains to the team; ISO-9000 Process & reviews with monitors, reports to the higher managements.In addition I am taking care of reverse engineering & parts drawings developments with modification as parts of CIP; manpower planning & handling team developments and trainings; precision measurements, Laser calibrations, ball bar test M/c geometry, prove out of machines.

(SUZLON Group, SEZ UNIT), SE Forge, Baroda as Sr. Manager (Machine Shop Maintenance & Project) I joined this organization as Manager and progressed to the role of Sr. Manager (Machine Shop Maintenance & Project). I am primarily responsible for routine maintenance activities and preventive, predictive, breakdown maintenance in heavy machine shop having CNC M/C’s. VTL, TC, HMC, MC, Make of Ibarmia, You-ji, PMC, QIQIHAR, etc.During my tenure I handled planning and scheduling effective maintenance schedule for enhancing system reliability; took care of spare parts inventory control and planning for indenting of spare parts. Also I coordinated materials/spare parts planning related activities encompassing identification of vendor requirements specification and other evaluation.With my consistent efforts I improved the equipment’s reliability, process yield, productivity and quality. Preventive maintenance has prime focus, i.e. Periodic checking of M/c Geometry, Laser calibration (In-house facility), Noise Level, and Vibration Level Checking, etc.; ensured safety of team & training of maintenance personnel; established ETP process & maintain GPCB norms for all concerts.Apart from this I handled Project related activities, i.e. Erection & commissioning of Heavy machineries, Inspection of all types of m/c at supplier’s end, proved out of the components; managed all maintenance activities through SAP systems.12) ISO-9000, & TS procedures, TPM & 5-S are implemented in our M/c shop.In addition I was responsible for materials & spare managements with Vendor development; involved in utilizing Development program-me, continuous improvement programmed, root cause analysis meetings, POKE-YOKE & Kai-zen these types of managements Tools for the assignments / project.

Division I handled and closely monitored preventive maintenance team & recondition activities of all types of machineries. (Total Machines: 450 no.’s). On regular basis I prepared the monthly schedule of preventive maintenance activities and major breakdown including plan work AS per SAP; carried out Geometrical test of every Machine, Noise test, Vibration test, Calibration of CNC M/C, etc. are the activities (Laser Calibration, Ball bar test for critical CNC M/c) during preventive maintenance of machines including checklist of every machines & its revesions as per improvements; performed Why-Why analysis of repetitive problems, Root cause Analysis.I was accountable for Critical Spares Managements Systems, Inventory Control Vendor development are managed; Reverse Engineering & developing M/c Tools Parts with Design change & continuous Modifications; ISO 9000, 16000 systems implementation & applying in regular basis; Precision inspections of "A" class items like Ball screws, Spindles & critical components, & its rework procedures.In addition I was involved in activities as TPM, 5-S, Quality Tools likes Six Sigma, Kaizen, POKA-YOKE, etc.; utilized SAP systems for material procurement budget, managements, plan activities for all maintenance records & procedures; performed root cause analysis of major issue (Calibration procedures of pressure gauges and precise measuring tools).
