Team Management for East and North Zone– Technicians• Ensure Technician feedback score is high – Meet & Exceed “Customer satisfaction Score & NPS & First Time Resolution• To maximize revenue from after sales service model for customer satisfaction.• Identify Process Gaps / Project Needs and recommend changes to improve operating Efficiency• Ensure all Process/SOP are adhered by the technicians• Lead the process of hiring technicians for Customer Care Technician• Supervise Technicians – Customer Care to ensure optimum satisfaction of Hafele Customers• Ensure complaints/service request details are updated in System• To co-ordinate with Franchisee from time to time to ensure there are no gaps in service• To evaluate training requirement of Team and propose accordingly
