Dear Sir/Mam;My Name is Mukesh, presently; I am working in Icici Foundation at Gaya, I did work as a Area Manager in world health partners in ananya project funded by Gates Foundation .For TB Care and Control in Patna, Nalanda, Vaishali and East Champaran, Bihar, implementation by WHP. I have 7 years and Six month experience in NGO Sector. I did activities through, Pvt. Doctors and Sky Health Centers which we are directly providing support to TB Patients provides T.b.drugs and focus to notify T.b.data. and also focus to ensure Active Case Finding (ACF) activities in rural and hard to reach area.sensitizing the community and community base organization. Capacity building of the VHSCs who are committed to work for community.We did Awareness Program among People on Childhood Diarrhea and Pneumonia .,I Organised C.M.E. in Vaishali,Muzaffarpur,East Champaran and West Champaran, Total Formal Doctors Participation were 167 and total Patients notifications are 3903 from may 2017 to may 2018. Earlier I was associated with HLFPP, Shiv Ayur Health care Pvt.ltd. and alpro Ply Sales I have good experience in Planning, Communication, Data Compilation, and Documentation.On the basis of my knowledge & experience I feel that I should be considered for the above mention post.Regards:Mukesh Kumar
