Responsibilities of the Consultant:• Manage the project implementation at district level• Engage with key stakeholders who include NTEP/Public health department/IAP/IMA/Child Health Programs etc. • Conducting sensitization workshops, meetings, and trainings for the health care providers• Coordinate with stakeholders and departments associated with children including government departments of school education, women and child welfare, health, and nutrition etc. for increasing access to pediatric TB services• Undertake regular visits to field locations to conduct capacity building activities, monitoring, evaluation, and accountability processes.• Document the progress of performance indicators committed under the projects.• Represent the program in various government forums, partner meetings, and professional medical association meetings, and share updates• Develop quality monthly, quarterly progress report; document best practices, case studies and other project related document

 Assist DPM to carry out all TB Control activities under PPSA _ RNTCP. To manintain and Update the data base of manufacturers/ suppliers of program logistics.  To prepare documents for District Level. To track and review the material used under PPSA-RNTCP and provide feedbacks. To facilitate the use of ICT & Nikshya tools for concerned data entry , validation & its use for public health action. To ensure timely action by the districts to prevent expiries by monitoring stocks at each stocking point. To handle day to day communications pertaining to drug logisitics. To manintain register , voucher , issue receipts , physical verification reports maintenance records. To manintain district level drugs stock as per program guidelines. To follow “ First Expiry First Out ” Principal at the state drug store and monitor the same in district drug store. To analyze the quarterly drug and logistics report of district. To ensure submission of monthly district drug consumption report to the district tuberculosis office. To raise monthly requisition for the equipment / apparatus / boxes /FDCs used in NTEP to DTO. To prepare monthly patient wise boxes of second line drugs. Ensure Proper storage of FDCs. Ensure the private providers received their honorarium on time. To resolve all the problems while rolling out of PPA – RNTCP at district level. Any other job assigned as per program need.
