Owns and manages the IT operations aspects of BT India & Partners locations – India region, Key responsibility includes delivery of IT services, Designing & Implementation of IT infrastructure, capacity planning, IT Budgeting, IT project management and IT Support / troubleshooting via the use of global policies and procedures
