My leadership on the CRIS-COA project earned me the distinction of Best Team Leader at the Dhanbad Division (ECR), underscoring my technical and managerial skills.Transitioning from railways to broader horizons, I contributed to the Bihar Economic Survey as a liaison officer and coordinator, where I refined my skills in project management and stakeholder communication. Currently, at The Bihar Institute of Public Finance and Policy (BIPFP), I serve as the Sr. Secretary to the Faculty, Information Technology Manager, and Library and Internship Manager.
