Title: Impressive Experience at Indian RailwaysRole: Team Leader and In-charge of COA Mother Server. Managed technical team and operations of the COA Mother Server, acting as the nerve centre and brain of Indian Railways under CRIS, Kolkata RO, and other CRIS-DRM offices. Ensured smooth functioning of control offices working 24/7 without shutdown. Achieved success as Zonal Group Leader and Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for ECR, ER, and SER. Recognized as Best Team Leader for the CRIS-COA project at Dhanbad Division (ECR). Oversaw operations at numerous CRIS-DRM offices in various locations at including Howrah, Sialdah, Alipurduar, Katihar, Lumding, Tinsukiya, Rangiya, Kharagpur, Chakradharpur, Ranchi, Bokaro, Danapur, Sonpur, and Samastipur.
