Current job responsibilities:1 Smooth implementation of production plan (Man, machine, Material, Process)2. Responsible to achieve the standard manufacturing output i.e maximum batches.3. Liaise with QC, store, purchase and engineering.11. Readiness of production orders shall be within committed and agreed dispatch date.12. Maximum utilization of machine and man power.13. Responsible for production in both the shift day and night.14. To implement the IMS (industrial measurement system). Man:15. Deployment of standard manpower at every line.16. Quality activityMonitoring and auditing of products to ensuring the quality of product as per the quality attribute such as weight, moisture, dimension, cream percentage, Organoleptic properties.  Fortnightly auditing of process lines and various designed area of facility to comply with Food safety standards and ensuring closure of opportunity within stipulated time span.  Pre-operational inspections of production lines by ensuring the adequate and effective sanitization procedure.  Documentation compliance and record keeping as per internal and external audits requirement.  Ensuring the non-conforming products are identified properly labeled and placed on dedicated area.  Ensuring compliance to plant GMP, GLP and GHP and imparting training on same to respective Manpower.  Compliance to the regulatory requirements to ensure the product quality through online workers training on label design and its application, legal metrology requirements.  Leading customer complaints task force and Ensuring the adherence of the CAPA through its effective tracking and verification.  Verification of CCP’s i.e Metal-detector and record keeping for the same.  Raw material and packing materials analysis.
