Genex Assistant, MAPINFO 10.Job Responsibilities:Analyzing daily and weekly basis KPI trend for parameters like Call Setup Success Rate, Drop Call Rate (DCR), Rx Quality & level for UL/DL, Handover Success Rate etc. and resolve problem promptly.Analyzing & rectifying Neighbor discrepancies, non-symmetrical Neighbor, adjacent Co-BISC, Co- CH and Adj-CH neighbors, and anomalies in HO synchronization.Responsible for Post-Swap Site Verification includes Cell Parameters, Call Setup, Handover Performance, and TRX testing and Area drive test using HUAWEI Tool.RF Pre - Post drive test & on Field Optimization, Reports analysis.Frequency Planning, BSIC Planning, antenna type selection. Coverage predication, Capacity monitoring & expansion, Link budget & Interference prediction for new sites using MapInfo.Optimize the network based upon the OMC statistics & customer complaints.Drive Test Data analyzing with Optimizing parameters like C/I, C/A, Coverage, Call Handover, Call Drop & Rx Quality, SQI.Handling Customer Complaints & Responsibility of SCFT & Cluster Report Submission.
