CurrentPromote the "Zero Incident" Philosophy. * Coordinate HS&E Activities With the Employer's. * Conduct Periodic HS&E assessments of the Project HS&E Program. * Conduct HS&E Orientations to acquaint employees with site requirements with Risk Management * Train and Advice personal on HS&E regulations,assessments,and process activities. * Actively participate in the CW JV Zero Injury Team for Safety Improvement. * Provide Information to Employees regarding their emergency response responsibilities * Interpret HS&E requirements as they apply to project operations/ Tasks. * File HS&E performance reports, and other HS&E reports as required by CWJV * Advise Employees of Hazardous Conditions/Concerns or Near Miss Incidents. * Assist In Facilitating and / Or Conducting Incident Investigations. * Lead People Based Safety Process. * Verify and Update all Required HS&E Postings, Warnings and Signs applicable to the Project Work/Hazard's. * Verify that Utility Clearness Are in Place and Excavation Permits are Utilized when required. * Represent the Project during any governmental agency Inspection.
